At 8pm I booked an appointment using the online portal for the next day and dropped my vehicle off at 7:30 the next morning. Shiras was great, as he always is, in making sure my vehicle was going to be ready by the time I was going to pick it up at the end of the day. He made sure I understood everything that was going to be done to my vehicle as part of the service, offered the shuttle service to get me to work and called me when everything was done. He is always very kind, professional and makes sure I am well taken care of.
