If I could give no stars I would. I was in there today with my fiance and was looking at a 2013 jeep wrangler with a salesman named "Slim" . The salesman kept continuously calling me "baby boy" and my fiance "baby girl" and used excessive foul language. while discussing financing on the jeep I mentioned another jeep that I had looked at that was fully loaded with leather seats, power everything, hard top, soft top, winch, kc lights , etc. After mentioning that he became a little defensive understandably because he wants me to buy his jeep but after discussing the price of his jeep I said that what was quite a bit over NADA value and was about to say that I don't want to have to buy gap insurance for buying a jeep over the NADA value. Before I could finish my sentence he poked his finger in my face and raised his tone of voice and became VERY hateful and said " My jeep may be out of your budget!" In the middle of the lobby. Needless to say I was VERY humiliated and immediately left in the middle of his rant. I have never been spoken to in that manner as a customer and will gladly take the purchase of mine and my fiance's two new jeeps to Nashville instead of going back to that dealership!
