Absolutely useless. Just had a letter from them, months after selling my flat, saying they've passed my account to solicitors! Called the solicitor, who have basically said they're useless too!

Paid hundreds of pounds before moving out, to get a statement confirming I'd paid everything, so they knew I'd moved. Unbelievable.

Now I have to sort out the admin of sending my completion documents over to their solicitors, because they're too stupid to know who is living in their properties.
