I can understand that the workload may wear and tare on the employment staff and cause excessive delays in providing services. However, let's be honest would the employee's rather be unemployed? Or let's say evaluated on their customer service and performance, yet rated poorly... Let's cut to the chase, you guys knew your job description from day one. This is an employment office not everyone desires to work or work at minimum standards. So tighten up or I'm sure one day you will be terminated and standing on the other side of the counter.
