The room we got was very nice and cozy and contains all the equipment we needed for the night - microwave, fridge, kettle, plates and utensils. Very convenient location as well - walking distance to the Christchurch bus interchange which was always the starting point for our excursions in the city. The lady on the receptions was very courteous. I forgot to ask her name but her demeanor was highly commendable and she immediately relays all our requests to the relevant parties. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. It's also very near a cafe with awesome food so we didn't have to navigate too far to get breakfast. Highly recommended!
