I have dealt with premier for decades with no issues. I always received my orders as promised until now. I placed an order on the morning of July 1st. I never received tracking info so I contacted them by email and phone today. After being placed on hold for a lengthy time I was told my order would be delivered today July 8th. I was happy to hear this and since it was sent USPS mail I can see what I have coming ahead of time. NOTHING! I called back and asked for a tracking number. It wasn't shipped until today and will not be here until earliest July 11th! I hate liars! I hate companies who hold their clients hostage because they're too lazy to do their job! Thanks @PremierPigment we're officially done!
