The people there were nice but did not deliver upto the mark. I bought my new car in November 2020 with Remote Starter and now its been almost 5 months and I am yet to receive it. What s the point in paying the money when you cannot use it during the peak winter season. Ruined the experience for me. If they had informed me before hand then it would have been fine but they informed me about the delay in remote starter arrival after everything was signed and on the day I went there to pick up my car. Very unprofessional. Even then they said I would get it by December 2020 but still no luck and its April 2021. It is me who have to message them every month to check rather than them being proactive and informing me for further delay. As a professional organization it should be their courtesy to offer some kind of compensation to cover up for the service which I payed for but I am yet to receive. I do not want to blame any person in particular but rather the whole dealership. Very dissatisfied.
