I've gone here twice. Great experience (I mean as much as I can after getting in a wreck on moped) gets you in the same day and they gets it back to you very quickly. The mechanic is very trustworthy.

I think some of the bad reviews are for the store next to it call moped direct. When I was dropping off my moped one day some "friends" of the other company made me very uncomfortable and even got on my moped...
