I bought my first car with Gateway in 2006 and its still been working wonderful up to the present. Each time I get service from them, their service staff always gives top notch customer service. There have been a couple of recalls on my vehicle due to the airbags and floor mats but was well taken care of. Also after each service, their staff go over what they did and what makes me admire buying or having service with them is on every single receipt you get for anything from them, there's a phone number you can call the general manager if there's any reason you can't rate their service as excellent. On a random basis, I've even received phone calls from them doing a follow-up on service done to my vehicle. I have yet not been able to give them any thumbs down for anything. I've always believed in Toyota vehicles as extremely reliable. I'm considering buying a new vehicle in the near future and am hoping to get a good deal on one for being a loyal customer to them for over 10 years, even since their dealership was where Southtown Kia is now located.
