Front desk staff is rude and incompetent. I'd booked a room til Monday and then found out Sunday that the front desk had only reserved it until Sunday and they refused to honor the original reservation I'd made months before and gave me 1 hour to leave. They didn't even offer to comp a parking space so I could at least attend the evenings convention at a neighboring hotel.
I left and just walked in the door and crowne plaza just called me to say I did have a reservation until tomorrow in another room but literally they called RIGHT when I was in the middle of writing this review.
I guess I now need to call my credit card company to make sure they don't try to charge me for the room they kicked me out of!!
