We had gotten pre-approved with another lender that was not very communicative, we spoke with Dean and the same day I had a completed application and pre-approval. Even with COVID going on we managed to close in a timely manner, and all of our questions were answered promptly! Connie and Dean are both great and helpful all throughout the process.
