I took my car for 50K service. I was able to make my appointment as desired, got the car serviced while waiting. As promised, the service was completed on time. The waiting area is very comfortable with wifi service available and soft drinks as well.
Overall the experience was very good. The service adviser had indicated before hand the cost of service, so there were no surprises at the end.
