Do not recommend. Mortgage rep (LQ) led my buyer on for weeks with untruthful statements which delayed our closing. Every week we were going to have the clear to close...and every week there was a delay. We begged our buyer to go with a legitimate company. Meadowbrook told us until the end saying they had the clear to close, even the day they were fired. They didn't. It was impossible as there were too many documents they neglected to ask my buyer for that should have been asked for upfront in the beginning that their staff never even got to. When finally we told our buyer to change, or we would cancel contract, he did and within 5 days the legitimate Mortgage broker had us closed! He worked hard but he did it....Meadowbrook failed everyone. Do not use them.
