I was contacted from this agency around 2/25/2019 about an available unit that I inquired about and the 2 front desk ladies were really nice on the telephone. I appeared in person to them at their office and they were SO rude. Asking me condescending questions about my rental history. Asking me why I put certain info about relationship status of previous landlords, when the information is literally asked for on the application. They were very rude and demeaning and my spouse and we felt like lesser people because of the way that they conducted themselves toward us and I think it was because we did not wear as nice of clothes as they did that day and they treated us like dirt and worthless. I think that one of the ladies might be approaching demencia or something because she seemed to not be very aware of the questions she was asking over and over and whenever I asked her any questions about required fields on application, she seemed to have a look on her face as if she was looking at the application for the very first time ever and her response to most of my questions were very indirect. And when I asked the blonde lady if I could have an extra copy of the application, just in case I needed to rewrite my info a little bit more neat and legible, she asked me if I was serious and on her face was a look of disgust. Raintree property management has not been a good experience for us and I will recommend that ANYWHERE ELSE THAT I HAVE HAD INTERACTIONS WITH RENTING, has not been this unpleasant or felt like this much of a hassle or inconvenience to us. DO NOT GIVE RAINTREE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ANY OF YOUR TIME, or money. And I was ready and able to do both until they treated us so poorly. I hope that this sort of a thing doesn t happen to you too, but if you give them a shot, I m sure it will. If negative stars were an option, I would rate raintree negative five stars.
