I ve worked here over a year and have had nothing but a good and positive experience especially as it pertains to the (consumers) . I do my best to support them in the best manner as possible and I strive to have a positive attitude and display professionalism daily.
I ve not had to deal with the upper management directly, but I ve heard horrible stories which I pray is not true! Still, the complaints I have is the pay and some of the co-workers. The pay should be more because there s a lot of work to do and literally your held responsible if something happens to the consumers. The coworkers are a whole different story! Some of them come to work being rude, ghetto and are clueless as to what their job entails and some are just plain lazy AF and expect not to do any work at all! And, if you say something to the coworker about doing their JOB and positively interacting with consumers, they get angry, passive and feel they don t have to listen to you because your not the boss or their supervisor. But, if a problem occurs or the work doesn t get done, both you and the lazy SOB get in trouble. Not fair! Still, at the end of the day, my job is to be of assistance to the consumers and look out for their best interests.
