My daughter took our 1998 Honda Accord in for a necessary repair and was treated very well. It required making an appointment which was kept and went smoothly. We moved here from California some 8 years ago, started regular maintenance with Economy Honda and have been treated well all that time. We have work done by trained technicians and we don't worry about auto performance. That's saying a lot for a 1998 Honda Accord. Interior shows wear but it still runs like a top.
