Bought a new 2019 CRV from here this week. Jose was my salesman throughout the process. I rate Jose a 5-star while dealership/other staff may be closer to a 3-4 depending on who specifically or department.

Office girls are not friendly; finance manager was teetering on passive-aggressive and aggressive (tapping on keyboards from a foot above and coming down like a missile; giving me a hard-time on extended warranties and interest rate); parts guy lied about accessory prices (Honda website lists lower prices than theirs); buying process took 5+ hours, 3 of which was just waiting for my turn to reach finance department. Hope they can find a way to speed that up for future customers.

Sales managers were friendly and kept their wits. Jose, the salesman, was a courteous, knowledgeable, easy-to-work-with kind of guy.

They beat local dealers' prices at every turn, and in that respect, I would recommend them, HOWEVER, you must come in with all your research done before-hand (which you should be doing regardless of where you shop).
