it's crazy big and crazy busy but also crazy fun to visit! It's not the most logically organized but once you get a feel for it, it's easy to get around. Lots of escalators, cool decorations at Christmas, plenty of restaurants and just overall a very, very classy shopping center for San Francisco. My favorite part is the escalators that roll on a curve. I still cannot get over how cool that is
