Had two nights and three days here with the family...

Had two nights and three days here with the family. The hotel has effectively two parts, one that is a bit dated, the other which is much much better. We had a problem and the Manager Ian and his staff handled this very quickly and completely satisfactorily for us. Its not perfect and needs some investment in parts, however it is a huge hotel, lots of facilities, right on the beach, kids entertainment, and an amazing water sports area where you can rent all things again with more amazing staff. We had a very enjoyable break and we look forward to returning soon.
