The hotel is located in a quiet area near the harbor. The rooms with kitchen are in good condition, practically furnished and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. Those who have taken care of themselves all shops in the immediate vicinity such as supermarket, German bakery, fruit shop, pharmacy, etc.
The staff is friendly and competent, the garden and the pool area are well maintained.
The walk to the beach is not too long, families with children can go to the Charco del Conde or to the baby beach on the harbor. Restaurants are plentiful nearby
