Bad experience .... I had to go to work for them full time in the far north so I give my resignation (verbal) to my current job that I will leave my job with 2 week notice. Subsequently afterwards by the blue code that I can not go to the far north because it takes 6 months of experience in the public sector and I do not have any. So my project falls in the water. So I decided to recontact the human resources of my current job to tell them that I would like to stay if it is not late. Fortunately I can keep my job as a resident at the residence. Then I call the blue code to cancel my work shift on the weekend, 4 days in advance because I have kept my job and it is my weekend of work. Well .... the manager has canceled all the rest of my shifts including the day after my call and to disable my account for canceling 2 jous. Like that without notice nothing. A chance that I did not give the resignation in writing to the other place. My conclusion .... not at all professional and direction that does not concern its employees. Paying but no appreciation and empathy. I prefer to keep my current job at a lower salary and be well treated and appreciated. This being said .... pay attention during your 3 months of probation and inform yourself properly because it is difficult to have the right time with them and to know who to talk to. All this for a lack of communication.
