I had purchased a car through McLarty Daniel and had an appointment scheduled to get an oil change and my tires rotated. My appointment was at 12:30am and that is when I dropped it off. I was told that I would be receiving a call when they were finished.
5 o clock hits, and I still haven t gotten a call about my car! So I show up to the dealership to be told, They didn t get to your car today.
Well it would have been nice to get a call explaining that they wouldn t be able to service my car. My apartment key is on my car keychain so of course I asked if I could AT LEAST get that.

I was able to get my apartment key but realization had hit me. It is a Saturday, and they are closed Sunday and my car is still waiting at the dealership. So I don t have a car until Monday (hopefully they get to it in time)

I had no problems purchasing a car with them, but I did with their service department. I should have received a call to let me know I was not going to have a car Saturday, Sunday, or Monday and if I wanted to pick it up and reschedule I could.
