When I received my July bill with an added charge for MetroConnect, I scanned the website to gain an idea of the new billing and was very surprised by what I found. I entered a question in the message window provided and took a walk to think about it.
A short time later I received a cell phone call from a very well informed and professional lady. She acknowledged my question and provided a clear and logical response, answering addition details in response to my further inquiries.
I can't tell you how impressed I was with her rapid response and thorough explanation of each topic. She was an absolutely outstanding spokes person for this public utility. If only others could take notice an follow her example.
I am now a convicted fan of our Greenville Water System.
