Terrible customer service. Ordered a chair on the 27th June, delivery date 3rd July- no chair. Rang 4 times at 30 minutes a time over 4 days with no answer. Sent 3 emails with no answer. On the fifth try of ringing finally got through. Chair is delayed and won't be delivered till 20th july. That has been and gone, I have phoned to ask where it is, to be told they have to email the delivery company, can't speak on the phone, promised that the next day someone would contact me regarding query and new delivery date...STILL NO CONTACT!! Just awful company I'm afraid. I would never recommend.
