Katy area - Used John Moore for the first time to unclog my kitchen drain. Spent about 10-15 minutes using a snake (ran twice) and camera (ran once) he made comments that it was grease clogging the drain about 25 ft down. His remedy - we need to re-route your drainpipe and that would cost about $999.99. For a freaking grease clog. Really?? I told him I was going to discuss with my father, that I didn t know enough about plumbing to make a call like that. He said, are you gonna trust a plumber or your dad, and, I just explained the problem. When I asked him to try the snake again he said, I m not gonna sit here all day trying to clean a drain for $99. Huh? That s a service the company you work for provides! You know, so you can earn a paycheck!? You were at my house all of 30 min! Totally dissatisfied with his pure lack of effort and horrible customer service skills. Only reason I didn t give 1 star is he ended up not charging me. I d like to see the report he filled out to turn into the office.
