This property management company is crooked - they require a $35 application fee - which is standard, HOWEVER, I applied (with a co-signer) and paid $70 cash - they said I didn't include the application fees, therefore they never ran my application.

Furthermore: they don't remove listings once properties are rented, so they keep accepting applications for properties that are unavailable. Do NOT trust this company- they are liars and thieves.
