I made a reservation in 1 day in advance to catch a flight from JFK. 5 minutes before departure, I get a text saying the driver will be 10 minutes late. When the driver didn't show up, I called dispatch. They told me that they had no more cars and couldn't commit as to when a driver could arrive. This is outrageous! I may miss my flight due to their incompetence, only to save 15$. They were also hardly apologetic about it and said it has happened many times today. Take Lyft or Uber and save yourself this kind of stress.
