Telsco was my security provider for eighteen years...

Telsco was my security provider for eighteen years at my previous
residence. I had chosen them then because they were a local company
and for the duration of our relationship I was provided with excellent service. Then I moved and since the new home had an already installed product, I opted to continue that service. However, after a number of years of being part of a large international system and receiving substandard service I decided that I'd had enough. Imagine my surprise when I went online and found that not only was Telsco still in the business but they had remained a local company. I immediately contacted them. They came to my home, reviewed my existing equipment, gave me a quote and had my system converted to their service within weeks. The technicians that did the conversion were friendly, extremely knowledgeable and gave me detailed information on the change over. The contact centre people are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I f I am having trouble changing a battery they send someone out quickly to rectify the issue. I am now confident that I am in
good hands with a company that obviously cares a great deal about the people they serve. Thank you Telsco! I highly recommend this company.
