I closed today on a condo in Palm Isles. Your agent, Ilene Polito was wonderful throughout the whole process. She took in consideration of my price range, desired locations, and the amenities I was seeking. She showed me many properties, and I never felt pressured to accept something less than what I was seeking. She was very assuring when I was having doubts of finding a condo due to reduced inventory and escalating prices.
She was able to seal the deal on a condo that just came on the market. Ilene and her team continued to get me through all the processes up to closing, making sure all deadline were met with little or no trouble. I am very thankful for being referred to Ilene.
