We have been coming to tho Asolo for over 20 years and have always enjoyed the shows and the staff. However today the sugar was rude and uninformed.

We attended the 2:00 show of Sound of Music. At 1:25 we went up to the Mezzanine level to wait for the doors to open. The usher promptly told me in no uncertain terms that they weren t open yet, which I knew but I was just queuing up. She then , in a rude manner said they wouldn t open up until 5 minutes until 2 and I couldn t stand there. Rather than argue with her my wife and I walked back down to the first level. No sooner did we get down the steps than the doors opened, promptly at 1:30 as we knew they would.

The attitude of this usher was not a nice way to start a day at the theater.
