With so many great japanese restaurants in the cit...

With so many great japanese restaurants in the city, this place is somehow packed.

Is the food good, not really, its kind of subpar.
Is the service good, not really, the workers barely speak english.

Why is this popular, I don't think I will ever know. I just know to not ear here as there are much better places.
