One of the worst appraisal company. We needed to get property appraisals on an urgent basis, we paid them, we requested that we need urgent on priority basis that if lender do not receive in time we may not be our other property. We keep calling them everyday 3-4 times a day for almost 10 days, our closing date passed and lender did not receive report from them. We had to pay penalties because of this company. We never want to deal with them anymore in future. Stay away from this company if you can!
