Have bought several LG devices. Had window air conditioner go intermittent 2 months after install. Called LG and they told me to call for service and seemed as if I would have to pay for repairs. I installed second one I got a week later to see if it did same. No it works OK. Called LG customer service and they sent out Mid America Service. Had tech arrive, did not trouble shoot but ordered new compressor. Next tech showed with part but trouble shoot and thought logic board was bad. Ordered it, replaced it. Problem still exists. He said they won't do compressor replace as R32 Freon is too expensive. Told me to call LG back. They show call was completed. Total lack of customer service! I know about customer service as I have been in computers and such since 1978. Not how I treat my customers!
