I brought our Outback to AutoNation Subaru West for periodic maintenance. The whole experience was excellent from setting up the appointment and discussing what was needed, dropping the car off and picking it up. This is consistent with our other visits to their shop since we bought our new Outback from AutoNation Subaru West about 3 years ago. Highly recommended.
