Initially I thought things went perfectly ... but it is now Friday and I still don t have the correct medication - I called Monday night. Unfortunately the doctor prescribed the wrong medication despite the correct medication being mentioned several times in our conversation. I required an enteric coated version , otherwise the medication was essentially equivalent to over the counter version .
The pharmacy was painful to deal with - taking down the wrong insurance info, unable to give correct email address s for e transfer , unsure of account number for online banking. After all that the incorrect medication came the next day . Maple was quickly able to fix this error , however again the pharmacy was an issue not receiving it until about 8 hours later. Once they did I had to pay again for the new medication as it wasn t their mistake. Live and learn I guess. Hopefully I will receive the medication today. If I use this service again I will not use their partner pharmacy.
