Good morning I sent an email to RockAuto Staton he had an issue with the strut we needed a left one not another right one another right one because they claim my husband ordered it under a warranty he even spoke to somebody at RockAuto and they told him he could get a life once he wanted a Laughlin we're all we ask for is a left front for a change for the right one that we got we did not realize when we place the order that you needed to order a left and a right front which was our are in Arby's I will admit that on my behalf but when we try to record you guys made him how to do it under a warranty or a warranty is when a item is defective or a went out under special circumstances whatever that's what I want is for naught to exchange the item you guys are wrong all he want is in exchange he's not asking for his money back he just wanted. That is it for customer service week of the young lady hung up in my face I ask to speak to a supervisor her comment to me was my supervisor, tell you the same thing to the disconnect the call right now I wish I would have loved her name down you guys need to work on her customer service don't worry I will replace the part myself since you guys seem to not want to help as you call American working people out when it comes to items like this
