Took a trip out to NY and Turntable s store front was an absolute must on my todo list. I picked up a few opened albums and upon ringing up, was offered new sealed options and the associate was even more picky than I when it came to a crinkled corner on one, she offered to grab a new one. I shopped around and got helped with some turntable accessories also, being told they would work with my model. I flew back to Salt Lake and turns out, the parts didn t work.
After a short phone conversation and my info being taken I was emailed almost immediately with exchange information.
I was treated very fairly and quickly, and couldn t be happier with the outcome!
