The day already mentioned did not warn and they called the bell of the house two hours before the appointment, saying that if he did not go down immediately he would not have an ambulance, as they did. (I remember you need a wheelchair to get around). I called the ambulance office and they did not solve the transfer, telling me that they never warn. I do not know if this is any good, but I think it is fair that they do NOT charge for the service they did not perform, with the consequent upset of sitting a patient with a broken hip in a taxi.
