Hospitality is good, Infrastructure is old and should look for renovations. My bathroom shower was not fine, AC was not able to work when i checked in , i need to ask for help. Swimming pool is dirty , on the outside of swimming pool i see lot of algae( green ) and in the pool there are lots of leaves , i dont expect this from shangrila
