I attended the waiter course .... and at the moment .. I did find the place for the summer season just spent in a place that I could find even without their expensive course .....
THIS IS THE REALITY !! WITHOUT "IF" AND WITHOUT "BUT" !!!!
and as Sandro Piccinini would say: "DON'T !!!"

if you don't already have several months of experience, if you haven't already done the hotel management, if you don't have relatives with hotels / restaurants ... STAY AWAY !!!!
