Every visit to their E.R. has been met with friendly, skilled & knowledgeable staff. Everyone has always been warm & caring. They listen far better than ANY private practice Dr office. Not once did I ever feel rushed or like I was just a number. The only negative about the place is the parking. LoL But considering the size of the facility, it is well managed.
