No stars from me. We purchased a 2016 Ford Edge, the salesman was great, and we loved the vehicle. One week after our purchase, we had an air bag warning light illuminate. Our service representative worked very hard to satisfy us; management, not so much. After multiple trips and 45 days of attempted repairs (one positive, they provided a rental thanks to our service rep.) we initiated the FL Lemon Law and eventually agreed on a settlement amount. Thirty days later, upon which the vehicle had to be turned in, we have not received the agreed-upon refund. We will now have our attorney represent us.

From the dealership General Manager to the Sales Manager, who stated he "doesn't work for Ford," it is apparent they could care less about the struggles or frustration this experience has created. From the moment this vehicle arrived to the Service Dept., management disappeared. They accept no responsibility whatsoever, choosing to ignore the customer.

We will NEVER purchase a Ford or ANY AutoNation Dealership product again.
