I ve been taking my 16lb Maltipoo to La De Paws since we moved to St. George about a year ago and I have loved it! Our groomer was Celeste and she always did an incredible job and did exactly as i asked. Hudson was always excited to see her and willingly would go to her. Sadly she moved and is no longer a groomer at this business. We then went to Mimi and had a terrible experience. She refused to cut his nails because he did not like it done. When i asked her again and again to cut his nails he came back with one, maybe two cut and they were terrible!!! I recently dropped him off for another haircut but with a new groomer and he was TERRIFIED to go in. When I voiced my concerns about Mimi they did not seem to care or want to fix the situation. I m not sure what happened with Mimi and Hudson but we will not be returning to La De Paws.
