I was not impressed they make you feel like they only know theh want you money. I FELL on a badly maintain rugs, The Manager was told what happened and all I was told we're sorry do want an accident report they did not inquire about anything. I felt like it was my problem also when I said before anyone get hurt worst than I did which I hurt my wrist and my right knee and got drug burn on my left toe. Do you know that they sent someone to staple the lifted rug which was moronic you can't staple rugs to concrete and I could not enjoy my grand son's birthday due pain and fear of falling also they left wrinkles on the rug that can trip you really spent a 3 nights of a nightmares. I hope that you pay attention to your patrons needs a little caring that someone was hurt physically and emotionally. Thank you for ruining my visit.
