UPDATE: The company was professional and sent my deposit back after leaving the review.
I rented from this company for 1 year and never received my $795 deposit back, while leaving the townhome in perfect condition.
Do not rent here if you want to get charged $30 service fee just to pay rent and not recieve a deposit back.
