First and foremost ABSOLUTELY 5 STARS !!!!

I always call and ask for Derek. I have been in business for myself for over 20 years and started in the Drone business a few years ago. I made a purchase last year of a Matrice 200. Along with that purchase I have received an unlimited amount of consultation which has been invaluable to me. If a purchase is not necessary, Derek is honest and will steer you from making a needless spending. His customer service is second to none in my opinion. Right now we have a Phantom 4 in for repair and I am confident it will be repaired properly. Trust is what I have with Derek and DSLRPros. If all of the owners and employees have the same character that Derek has, you have a GREAT business. I sense that is the case. I will continue to support your business and will also continue to recommend you for sales, service, and support to others when the opportunity arises.
