This is a terrible company for appraisal values. They included a year old comp in a desirable neighborhood in my refinance. I would definitely recommend another appraisal service. I've been a broker for almost 20 years in the area, an austinite (born at st. davids hancock in 1979) and this appraisal was flat out wrong . I would recommend another company in 2 seconds. I would be willing to edit my review if this company reviewed comps within the last 6 months. Otherwise this review is accurate
