After having several disappointing experiences with some restaurants in the Buffalo area. My wife and I decided to put on some decent clothes and go to Russel's for our anniversary on May 28. Well, we were not disappointed. Mr. Salvatore has made sure the staff is well trained and everyone was also kind as can be. The food was exceptional. If you compare prices to similar places they fall right in line. My only complaint is that My wife ordered her steak Medium well, and I ordered mine medium. They both came way under. I still enjoyed mine and it practically melted in my mouth. The more rarer pieces were not chewy or tough to eat and that is why I did not complain or send back. Only reason why its not 5 stars. Nice job Mr. Salvatore your attention to detail is second to none. I can't wait to go back.
