I bought a GE refrigerator from in April. It did not chill satisfactorily, so I asked for a replacement. The replacement refrigerator sounded like an airplane taking off, and had some minor damage. I stopped using it the next day and requested a pickup and refund. It was delivered on May 20th and they picked it up on May 24. To date, I have not received my $661 credit and have been shuffled around by customer service ever since. On Thursday, June 13th, Customer Solutions assured me they were making the refund within 48 hours. To date (June 19) there has been no refund. I intend on getting my refund and I expect Sears to read this review and contact me immediately. Case No. 6341728
