Service and food was horrible ! Waiter never came ...

Service and food was horrible ! Waiter never came to check on us ,and we sent food back and still got charged for food that didn t get eaten my daughter literally took one bite of the burger and boyfriend took two little bites of pasta . I Spoke with the manager (black guy with dreads and glasses ) and all he had to say was can he refill our fountain drinks !
